Tafakkur nurturing the individual launched, this year and for the first time, its specialized training course "Global Standards for Conducting Supervisory Visits," with the participation of more than 130 supervisors and administrators from institutions implementing the Tafakkur Program in more than 20 countries.The course was delivered by Ms. Maha Shehadeh, General Director of Tafakkur Institute and Author of the Tafakkur Program, and it targeted supervisors and administrations of institutions implementing the Tafakkur Program, with the aim of strengthening supervision and follow-up practices, and developing mechanisms for conducting supervisory visits in line with global standards and practices.

The course covered a number of key themes, including developmental updates for the 2026/2027 academic year, and the implementation results of participating schools in monitoring outcomes for the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as introducing the Global Standards for Conducting Supervisory Visits and discussing them through practical applications that help participants employ them in their supervisory practices.

This course comes as part of Tafakkur Institute's efforts to develop the professional capabilities of supervisors at implementing institutions, and to enhance the quality of the program's application through more effective and consistent supervisory practices, supporting the journey of continuous improvement.

Modern Systems Schools, Jordan Achieve Notable Results in Implementing the "Tafakkur Program" for the 2025/2026 Academic Year

As part of its ongoing monitoring of the impact of the "Tafakkur Program," Tafakkur Institute reviews the results of the program's implementation at Modern Systems Schools in Amman, Jordan, following the observation and analysis of its impact on students during the 2025/2026 academic year, within an outcome monitoring report prepared by 'Tafakkur's' Development and Technical Support department.

The most notable results came as follows:
 

  • An improvement in behavior among 86.4% of students who had previously shown negative habits, including a decline in behaviors such as: hitting, mockery, lack of cooperation, failure to abide by rules, and deliberate disturbance.
  • Outstanding progress in addressing low Self-esteem, with a 100% improvement among students whose initial indicators were low, along with positive indicators such as accepting oneself and others, self-confidence, and improved concentration.
  • Detection of high intelligences among 21.7% of the students participating in the study.


Notable indicators also emerged in the students' faith-based development, reflected in love of Allah and doing good deeds in hope of His satisfaction, self-reflection or seeking forgiveness when making a mistake, applying the Beautiful Names of Allah in life situations, and enjoying contemplation of the self and Allah's creation.

15:23 Tafakkur Academy concluded the closing session of the ninth cohort of the Tafakkur with Annous Course for Children, with the participation of more than 260 male and female students from 27 countries around the world, distributed across 24 educational classes, in an educational and developmental experience that spanned months of integrated remote learning. The closing session was held under the title: "Has my child benefited from the Tafakkur curriculum? And how can I multiply its impact?" with Ms. Maha Shahadeh, the program's author and General Manager of Tafakkur Foundation, where the session was dedicated to engaging parents in reflecting on their children's journey, reviewing the course outcomes, and highlighting the pivotal role of parents in reinforcing and sustaining the educational impact at home after the course concludes.
