
The Role We are looking for a Technical Support Operations Coordinator to support the Development and Technical Support Department in maintaining the quality of education wherever the Tafakkur Program is implemented whether in schools or within the family setting. In this role, you'll help coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for partner institutions worldwide through field visits, remote sessions, email, and WhatsApp groups, working to develop the performance of supervisors and teachers. You'll also support the monitoring and scientific documentation of outcomes, help prepare data-based reports for educational institutions, and contribute to academic oversight of the Tafakkur Academy to maintain consistent quality standards across the department's work. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and periodically scheduling technical supervisors' development visits (field and remote). Coordinating appointments with educational institutions and updating them promptly. Organizing the schedule to ensure the greatest benefit from supervisors' available time and the greatest benefit to implementing institutions. Providing technical support to educational institutions in using digital platforms (e-learning platform, e-training, outcomes monitoring and reporting system, etc.) Serving as the main point of contact for educational staff inquiries, via direct communication and institutions' WhatsApp groups, keeping groups active in line with department goals. Following up on enrolling teachers in training courses and on matters related to training educational staff. Recording meetings and organizing materials (keeping, organizing, and archiving them for easy future reference) Writing team meeting summaries and following up on implementation of agreed action items. Supporting the Development Department's management and technical supervisors and other teams/departments as needed. Preparing outcomes monitoring reports and visit reports. Organizing data in tables and documents accurately and keeping them up to date. Following up on program modifications proposed by implementing institutions, forwarding them to the relevant departments, and following up until closure. Attending institutions' meetings as needed (office-based, field, and remote). Participating in exhibitions and events in which the institution takes part. What We're Looking For: 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support roles A Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
