• Mobile number
• Payment confirmation details (processed by PayTabs — we never see card numbers)
• Date, time, and IP address of your license agreement acceptance

When you visit our website, analytics and advertising tools may automatically collect:

• IP address and approximate location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and actions taken (via Meta Pixel cookies: _fbp, _fbc)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To process your payment and create your course account on our learning platform (Thinkific)
• To deliver your course materials and digital certificate
• To send you transactional emails related to your enrollment (via ZeptoMail)
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
• To maintain a record of your acceptance of the course license agreement

3. Third-Party Services We Share Data With

Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API
We use Meta Pixel to track user interactions on our website and measure the performance of our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you complete a purchase, we share your hashed email address with Meta via the Conversions API for attribution purposes. Meta may use this data in accordance with its Data Policy. You can opt out of Meta’s use of your data for ads at any time via Facebook Ad Preferences.

PayTabs
Payment processing is handled by PayTabs. Your card data is entered directly on PayTabs’ secure hosted page and never passes through our servers. See the PayTabs Privacy Policy.

Thinkific
Your name and email are shared with Thinkific to create your course account and deliver access. See the Thinkific Privacy Policy.

ZeptoMail (Zoho)
We use ZeptoMail to send transactional emails (enrollment confirmation, course access links). Your name and email address are shared for this purpose only.

Zoho Forms
Some course registration forms on this site are hosted by Zoho Forms (zohopublic.com). When you submit a registration form, your data is collected by Zoho and subject to the Zoho Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies placed by Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) to measure advertising performance. These are analytics/advertising cookies. By using our website you consent to their use. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

5. Data Retention

Enrollment and consent records are retained for a minimum of five years for legal and audit purposes. We will delete your personal data upon a valid written request, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business need.
