This year, Tafakkur nurturing the individual launched, for the first time, its specialized training course "Global Standards for Conducting Supervisory Visits," with the participation of more than 130 supervisors and administrators from institutions implementing the Tafakkur Program in more than 20 countries.
The course was delivered by Ms. Maha Shehadeh, General Director of Tafakkur nurturing the individual and author of the Tafakkur Program, and it targeted supervisors and administrations of institutions implementing the Tafakkur Program, with the aim of strengthening supervision and follow-up practices and developing mechanisms for conducting supervisory visits in line with global standards and practices.
The course covered a number of key themes, including developmental updates for the 2026/2027 academic year, the results of participating schools in monitoring outcomes for the 2025/2026 academic year, as well as introducing the Global Standards for Conducting Supervisory Visits and discussing them through practical applications that help participants employ them in their supervisory practices.
This course comes as part of Tafakkur nurturing the individual's efforts to develop the professional capabilities of supervisors at implementing institutions and to enhance the quality of the program's application through more effective and consistent supervisory practices, supporting the journey of continuous improvement.
