The Role: We are looking for an Account Manager – B2B to drive Tafakkur’s growth across Jordan and internationally by building strong relationships with schools and educational organizations and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. You will have the opportunity to be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective school and institutional accounts, managing the sales cycle from initial contact through closing for smaller and mid-sized accounts, maintaining and growing relationships with existing partner institutions, and supporting the department's management in its daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: ● Identifying and researching potential school and institutional accounts in assigned territories. ● Reaching out to prospects and setting up initial meetings. ● Qualifying leads and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM. ● Running discovery calls and meetings with school owners, principals, and academic leaders to understand their needs. ● Presenting Tafakkur's educational solutions and explaining how they address the institution's needs. ● Preparing proposals and quotes with guidance from senior team members. ● Following up on proposals, handling objections, and closing deals for smaller and mid-sized accounts. ● Maintaining relationships with existing partner institutions and checking in regularly. ● Identifying opportunities to expand or renew existing accounts. ● Following up on partner questions or issues and looping in the right internal team when needed. ● Following up on order, shipment, and delivery status for partner institutions. ● Working with the academic, training, development, and operations teams to hand off new accounts smoothly for implementation. ● Keeping pipeline, account, and activity records organized and current in the CRM. ● Preparing simple sales activity and pipeline updates for the team. ● Attending institutions' meetings as needed (office-based, field, and remote). ● Participating in exhibitions and events in which the institution takes part. What We're Looking For: • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or partnerships. • A Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferred. • Comfortable with cold outreach, presenting to a group, and following through to close a deal • Fluency in English both written and verbal. • A research-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly understand complex educational concepts. • Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers and handling detailed client questions. • Ability to work independently and take ownership. • Willingness to travel as needed. The Role We are looking for a Technical Support Operations Coordinator to support the Development and Technical Support Department in maintaining the quality of education wherever the Tafakkur Program is implemented whether in schools or within the family setting. In this role, you'll help coordinate onboarding and ongoing support for partner institutions worldwide through field visits, remote sessions, email, and WhatsApp groups, working to develop the performance of supervisors and teachers. You'll also support the monitoring and scientific documentation of outcomes, help prepare data-based reports for educational institutions, and contribute to academic oversight of the Tafakkur Academy to maintain consistent quality standards across the department's work. Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and periodically scheduling technical supervisors' development visits (field and remote). - Coordinating appointments with educational institutions and updating them promptly. - Organizing the schedule to ensure the greatest benefit from supervisors' available time and the greatest benefit to implementing institutions. - Providing technical support to educational institutions in using digital platforms (e-learning platform, e-training, outcomes monitoring and reporting system, etc.) - Serving as the main point of contact for educational staff inquiries, via direct communication and institutions' WhatsApp groups, keeping groups active in line with department goals. - Following up on enrolling teachers in training courses and on matters related to training educational staff. - Recording meetings and organizing materials (keeping, organizing, and archiving them for easy future reference) - Writing team meeting summaries and following up on implementation of agreed action items. - Supporting the Development Department's management and technical supervisors and other teams/departments as needed. - Preparing outcomes monitoring reports and visit reports. - Organizing data in tables and documents accurately and keeping them up to date. - Following up on program modifications proposed by implementing institutions, forwarding them to the relevant departments, and following up until closure. - Attending institutions' meetings as needed (office-based, field, and remote). - Participating in exhibitions and events in which the institution takes part. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or administrative support roles - A Bachelor’s degree in business management or any related field is preferred. - Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both spoken and written). - Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. - Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities. We are looking for a native English speaker with a strong command of Arabic to join our Development & Technical Support team. In this role, you will support partner schools around the world in implementing the Tafakkur curriculum, ensure the quality of both the English and Arabic versions of our educational content, and serve as a bridge between the two languages at a depth that goes well beyond translation. About the team The Development & Technical Support department supports and qualifies institutions implementing the Tafakkur curriculum around the world. This is done through field visits, remote sessions, email, and communication groups. The team develops the performance of supervisors and teachers, tracks and documents learning outcomes scientifically, and produces research-grade reports for educational partners. The team also supports the supervision department at Tafakkur Academy when needed. What you'll do Conduct supervisory visits to partner schools — both in-person and remotely — to ensure quality of implementation Travel (when needed) to support schools outside Jordan — up to 4 field visits per academic year, each no longer than six days Respond to supervisors' inquiries across various communication channels Share documents and curriculum materials with schools and track their impact Prepare school performance reports and summarize research findings Organize training sessions and end-of-semester meetings with partner schools Identify and resolve quality issues in curriculum implementation Attend weekly team meetings within the Development & Technical Support department Review Arabic curriculum materials in depth, compare them against English translations, and propose edits to ensure meaning and nuance are accurately carried across both versions Represent Tafakkur at external events and school meetings Support and follow up with teaching staff at Tafakkur Academy Support the sales team on technical matters related to new and existing partner schools Contribute to any other tasks that serve the development department's goals, and support other teams when needed Language requirements — please read carefully before applying English — native or mother-tongue level This role requires a native English speaker, or someone who has lived in an English-speaking country long enough that English feels like a first language in both written and spoken form. Arabic — working proficiency required The Tafakkur curriculum originates in Arabic and is translated into English. You will need to read Arabic source materials in depth, critically compare them against their English translations, and identify where meaning, nuance, or intent has been lost or altered. This goes beyond conversational Arabic — you need to be comfortable engaging with educational and conceptual content in the language. Tafakkur Academy is seeking passionate and engaging native English-speaking teachers to deliver the Tafakkur Program online to children between the ages of 6 and 13. Teachers will play a vital role in nurturing students’ character, strengthening their faith in Allah, and guiding them through the structured Tafakkur curriculum. Key Responsibilities Teach Tafakkur’s curriculum online to students aged 6–13. Create an engaging and interactive virtual classroom environment. Build strong connections with students while supporting their personal, ethical, and faith development. Follow and commit to the sequence of the Tafakkur curriculum. Communicate effectively with both students and parents when needed. Required Qualifications Native English speaker (male or female). Strong ability to attract, engage, and interact with children.
