Tafakkur Institute organized, on Saturday, November 8, 2025, the first supervisory session of the 2025–2026 academic year, under the title "Practical Applications of Excellence Standards in Supervisor Performance," delivered by Ms. Maha Shehadeh, author of the Tafakkur Program and General Director of Tafakkur Institute.

The workshop was held at the organization's headquarters in Amman, Jordan, with the participation of 20 Tafakkur supervisors and administrators from 13 educational institutions. The session covered advanced training on qualifying teachers to implement the "Emotional Awareness" strategy, alongside practical applications of excellence standards in the performance of the educational supervisor in both the supervisory visit and the evaluative visit. This session is part of a series of periodic supervisory workshops conducted by Tafakkur Institute to raise supervisors' competency and strengthen the quality of educational performance at partner institutions.
