Najmat Al-Farid Academy and School witnessed a notable positive impact for the 2024/2025 academic year after implementing the Tafakkur Program, with results showing:-
- An improvement in behavior among 75.2% of students who had previously shown negative habits, including a decline in behaviors such as chaos, severe emotional outbursts, aggressiveness, bullying, stubbornness, and the use of vulgar language.
- A rise in Self-esteem among 75.3% of students whose initial indicators were low, including improvements in aspects such as self-confidence, participation, flexibility, accepting oneself and others, and problem-solving ability.
- The identification of 86 gifted or creative students out of 364 students, with their names documented in the Impact Monitoring Log to follow up on the development of their abilities.
Indicators of low Self-esteem that improved among students also showed a decline in behaviors such as: jealousy and comparison, weak self-confidence, excessive shyness, over-sensitivity, poor concentration, isolation, anxiety, and quick temper.
As for faith-based development, positive behaviors emerged such as: love of Allah and His Messenger, doing good deeds seeking His satisfaction, seeking forgiveness when making a mistake, and applying the Beautiful Names of Allah in daily life situations, alongside enjoying contemplation of the self and Allah's creation.
These results reflect a successful educational journey that strengthens students' psychological, behavioral, and faith-based development, and affirm the role of a mindful educational environment in refining an integrated Character.
