At Shatharat Center for Educational Training in Qatar, the experience was not just the implementation of a program, but a genuine journey of change felt by students in their behavior and self-confidence with the implementation of the Tafakkur Program.

Results monitored by Tafakkur educators showed:-

• An improvement in behavior among 84.6% of students who had previously shown negative habits, such as: hitting, bullying, using vulgar language, aggressiveness, nervousness, mockery, and backbiting.
• A rise in Self-esteem among 80% of students who had struggled with issues such as lack of engagement, low participation, poor concentration, weak self-confidence, fear of making mistakes, feeling incapable, speech difficulties, excessive shyness, laziness, anxiety, and trembling hands while speaking.
• The identification of 21 gifted or creative students out of 84 students, whose names were recorded in the Impact Monitoring Log for continued follow-up and educational care.

At the level of collective behavior, new positive behaviors emerged that established a balanced educational environment, including: cooperation, respect, love of others, participation, contentment, giving, the disappearance of bullying and mockery, the disappearance of aggression, apologizing, tolerance, cleanliness, compliance with rules, asking for help, a sense of belonging, accepting differences, and a spirit of teamwork.

Clear indicators of growing Self-esteem also emerged among students, such as: self-acceptance, accepting others, feeling happy, self-reliance, problem-solving ability, improved concentration, increased initiative and willingness to participate, reduced tension, speaking with confidence, raising their voice when answering, and not being afraid of making mistakes.
