Role Description: The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for developing and executing the organization’s overall marketing strategy. This role includes planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to promote Tafakkur’s programs, trainings, and initiatives. The Marketing Manager will analyze audience insights and translate findings into effective messaging, positioning, and growth strategies. The role also involves collaborating closely with program, training, and leadership teams to align marketing plans with organizational goals, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on data.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Plan and manage campaigns across different goals, audiences, and timelines
- Own the full journey from first ad to enrollment
- Ensure brand consistency across all content, designs, and communications
- Create critical pieces of content and brief and QA marketing collateral (digital and print)
- Manage and update the website, digital tools, and lead data
- Plan and execute events and exhibitions
- Directly manage the team and external vendors
- Report on performance and contribute to quarterly and annual planning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of owning campaigns, managing teams, and achieving KPIs and targets.
- Strong leadership skills (able to guide, develop, and hold a team accountable)
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
- Strong writing in both Arabic and English
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Someone who takes initiative and follows through.
